Can’t Be Wiped Out

After a long time – Yesterday, I spoke to one of my friends. Though it has been few months that we dint speak to each other the way we used to, I was not able to put the memories off my mind. I always had to fight within me to overcome the truth and accept that we both were almost going far from each other. Till yesterday, I had this dilemma. But I was wrong. My friend feels the exact way I do. He still remembers our talks and ambitions. Discussed and unsaid. Noticed and yet to fall. Laughs and hard-times. I felt immense to learn all these.

Many of us stop talking/fight/avoid our friends for negligible reasons. We try many ways to stop thinking of them, but vain.

Here are few lines through which I am trying to exhibit the way I feel -

Everyone say that friendship is to hold

But I do not believe in that

Coz I don’t feel I need to keep

Something that can’t be wiped out

Am certain in what I have

Coz I am talking about you

‘H’, one of my esteemed friends

I find it hard to portray

The friendship that we share

Especially when there’s nothing

That could ever weigh against

I still wonder

On all the confusions

That took us very far apart

Now, I give you a word

There can never be another

It’s just You and Me

Walk Alone..

It’s so awful when we feel the need to be with our beloved ones, but can not be with them as they are no more in this world. Their absence is felt every moment. Every time we go through some tough time, we just wish that the person was here to accompany us. There are no more happy moments in life. The words spoken of love will fill the mind and haunt at every moment. Though we know how much it means to be around that special person, at some point of life – We walk alone!

Deep in heart, we know that the feelings for that special person will never change.

I couldn’t capture a word..

When I started drawing this picture, I was thinking I’ll write something special about Mom. But now when I started writing, I am finding it difficult to write it down. I am running out of words. I really don’t understand that I am not able to write even a single word. It’s all coz there is no word that can match Mom. I didn’t want to quit that easily. I am trying hard and harder until my love and affection towards Mom will find a word that can best suit her. I still say there is no word. But there should be something that can portray Mom. The love that is unconditional; made of sacrifice and endless. The love that cannot be stolen or destroyed. The love that wipe my worries and face my fears. The love that is unselfishness and endless.

Hey I wish there is some special word to portray Mom. When I figure it out, I will make sure to share that with you.

Rahul: last year by this time I was celebrating Mother’s day with her..

Rahul: Now I am feeling alone

Raki: Nijaa.. I donno wat to say..

Rahul: Hey raki, wish your Mom from myside

Raki: sure kano, why don’t u come home today

Rahul: no mood to go out today

Rahul: I am missing her so much

Rahul: even in TV, it’s all about Mom and special programs

Raki: hmm…

Rahul: we wont know the value of someone unless we miss them I think

Rahul: I always loved her so much kano

Rahul: you know alwa

Raki: I knw.. I knw..

Raki: plzz….. dnt feel bad..

Raki: im actually..

Raki: nothing can replace Mom alwa

Rahul: I totally ignored Mom kano. I mean I was just working OT to get some extra

money for my pocket money

Rahul: late nights I used to go home, even Sundays I used to hang out with frnds

Raki: ohhhh..

Rahul: now I want to spend sometime with her, but I don’t have her with me

Rahul: this past 3 months as thought me a lot kano

Rahul: we should always learn to show our love to our dear ones kano

Rahul: see my case, I loved Mom but never showed that to her I think

Rahul: raki, we should always remember not to ignore anyone in life

This Mother’s Day was really special and unforgettable. I learnt how it feels to miss someone without whom this world is blank. Rahul’s cry is still haunting me. It is so painful to see him like this. Sometime later, I tried to divert the topic and our conversation lead to movies…friends…blah blah…

Friends, all I wanted to say through this post is – Lets spend some quality time with our beloved ones. I know, in this busy world, we are lost. Still there is always a way, just ask the love and care – it’ll lead us the right way to make our dear ones happy.

Lets not be too late to show how much they mean to our lives.
